Lined Pipes & Fittings
Lined Pipe (Non Jacketed)
Special Heavy Duty PTFE Liners available for full vacuum. Details can be provided on request.
Lined 45° Elbow
A 45 degree elbow is the elbow which can change the flow direction in a 45 degree .
Lined 90° Elbow
90 Degree elbow is installed between the pipe to change the direction of the pipe by 90 Degree.
Lined Equal-Unequal Tee
An equal tee, otherwise called straight tee, the diameter of the branch is the same as the diameter of the Run (Header) Pipe.
In unequal tee, otherwise called reducing tee, the diameter of the branch size is smaller than the diameter of the Run (Header) Pipe
Lined Equal / Unequal Cross
Cross is also known as four-way pipe fitting. A cross has one inlet and three outlets (or vice versa).
Lined Instrument Tee
Lined Instrument tee offer considerable space savings over traditional tees
Lined Reducing Flange
A reducing flange consists of a flange with one specified diameter having a bore of a different and smaller diameter
Lined Concentric Reducer
In Concentric reducer which is also known as a conical reducer, the center of both the ends is on the same axis. It maintains the centerline elevation of the pipeline.
When the center lines of the larger pipe and smaller pipe are to be maintained the same, then concentric reducers are used.
Lined Eccentric Reducer
In Eccentric reducer, the center of both ends is on different axis as shown in the image. It maintains BOP (bottom of pipe) elevation of the pipeline.
When one of the outside surfaces of the pipeline is to be maintained the same, eccentric reducers are required.
Ptfe Moulded Expansion Bellows
(3* Convolutes)
Numbers of convolutes are depends on length of the Bellows
* 5 or more convolute options are available on request
